On The Horizon
Introducing: The Freedom Project

Most programs focus on adding something to your life: new habits, new strategies, new affirmations, or new plans.
Freedom does not come from adding. It comes from dismantling the internal structures that have been secretly running the show.
That is the foundation of The Freedom Project: a three-week live initiation with Anne Tucker and me designed to restore fearless, natural creation at the nervous-system level.
Here is how the experience works:
Transmission expands what feels possible inside you.
Quests give your body lived proof that you can move anyway.
Community stabilizes the shift through visibility, witnessing, and shared action.
Every week follows a clear rhythm:
Sunday — a new transmission module drops.
Monday — Anne and I go live to anchor the theme.
Midweek — integration circles with the community.
Thursday — Freedom Breakthrough hot seats.
Friday — embodied reflection and anchoring.
We will practice being free until our body remembers how.
We begin March 1, and enrollment is open now.
All live sessions are recorded, and you’ll have full replay access if you can’t attend in real time.
If you’ve been waiting to feel ready before starting, this is the kind of container that changes what “ready” even means.

Hi dear soul,
Welcome to Tap In Today, where we make modern spirituality practical. Each week we explore the small inner shifts that raise consciousness in us and in the collective. Let’s begin.
TAP IN TIP
How to Stop Following Routines and Start Living
I recently started learning about intuitive eating as a way to heal my relationship with food. The idea is simple: instead of forcing rules or timing, you give your body what it’s asking for when it asks for it. No moralizing or negotiation, just listening. It surprised me how quickly my body began to trust me again once I stopped overriding it.
That made me wonder what would happen if I applied the same principle to the rest of my life. What if I woke up and asked my body what kind of movement it wanted today instead of following a rigid workout plan. What if I checked in before automatically drinking on a weekend, or before scrolling at night, or before forcing myself to meditate when what I actually needed was a shower or a book. These aren’t big spiritual decisions. They’re small, ordinary moments where we usually default to habit instead of awareness.
For someone deeply interested in self-actualization, wellness, and spirituality, the problem isn’t a lack of information. It’s the opposite. After years of books, podcasts, routines, and “optimal” frameworks, everything can start to contradict everything else. One person swears by cold plunges. Another says rest is the medicine. Trying to follow all of them disconnects you from the one signal that actually knows what you need: your body in this moment.
Intuition gets talked about a lot in spiritual spaces, but it’s often treated like something mystical. In reality, it’s built through repetition. It’s the daily practice of asking simple questions and honoring the answers. Over time, listening becomes automatic. Intuition stops being a concept and becomes your operating system.
